
Finance/ERP Selection
We worked with a client who is in the Manufacturing & Distribution sector.
Their existing Finance and ERP Software solution was outdated, ran on old computer equipment and no longer met the needs of the business.
Firstly we established the clients needs for a new solution and we then created a selection document for us to select suitable vendors. We went out to market and selected a shortlist of vendors for the client. The client then selected their preferred vendor from the shortlist.

Recruitment
Our client was looking to improve their IT team within the business. They wanted to have a more proactive strategic team rather than a reactive IT team.
Working with the client we established they needed a board level IT Director who would device their overall IT Strategy to support the business and take it to the next level.
We assisted the client with the interview and selection process to secure the right candidate.

Business Strategy Review
This client had been in business for over 15 years but hadn’t really grown their business in the last 7 years. They decided that there was a missed opportunity and that they would like outside assistance to review their business strategy and give an “outside perspective”.
We looked at how the business operated, how they compared to competitors, what made them successful and then advised on how they might evolve their business strategy to deliver more.

Interim Sales & Marketing Leadership
Whilst having a couple of good sales people in their business, this client realised that they needed help with Sales and Marketing Leadership to put in place a framework for the future. This project was an interim 6 month project to lead the Sales & Marketing function, put processes in place, get systems setup for both marketing and sales management before then handing over to the Commercial Director to keep this running.
