We worked with a client who is in the Manufacturing & Distribution sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their existing Finance and ERP Software solution was outdated, ran on old computer equipment and no longer met the needs of the business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Firstly we established the clients needs for a new solution and we then created a selection document for us to select suitable vendors.\u00a0 We went out to market and selected a shortlist of vendors for the client.\u00a0 \u00a0The client then selected their preferred vendor from the shortlist.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Recruitment <\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Our client was looking to improve their IT team within the business.\u00a0 \u00a0They wanted to have a more proactive strategic team rather than a reactive IT team.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Working with the client we established they needed a board level IT Director who would device their overall IT Strategy to support the business and take it to the next level.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

We assisted the client with the interview and selection process to secure the right candidate.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Business Strategy Review<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

This client had been in business for over 15 years but hadn’t really grown their business in the last 7 years.   They decided that there was a missed opportunity and that they would like outside assistance to review their business strategy and give an “outside perspective”.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We looked at how the business operated, how they compared to competitors, what made them successful and then advised on how they might evolve their business strategy to deliver more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Interim Sales & Marketing Leadership<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Whilst having a couple of good sales people in their business, this client realised that they needed help with Sales and Marketing Leadership to put in place a framework for the future.   This project was an interim 6 month project to lead the Sales & Marketing function, put processes in place, get systems setup for both marketing and sales management before then handing over to the Commercial Director to keep this running. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
